We offer a one-time replacement in the event of any defective item being received due to unforeseen circumstances during shipment. However, please rest assured that all of our products are safely packed and shipped. Each piece of furniture undergoes meticulous inspection at every stage of production, ensuring that only the finest materials and craftsmanship are delivered to our customers. Please note that items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear, improper care, or accidental damage are not considered to be faulty. Due to the nature of the handmade process, slight imperfections such as minor variations in size, colour, and finish may occur and will not be considered as faulty product.
